Pleva/lichen simplex chronicus/angiitis???

I am a 22 year old female who for about 4 years I have been dealing with a chronic rash that appears on my arms, backs of my legs, and chest that has left me scarred as it heals. Been to dermatologists & family docs who believed it is PLEVA however a biopsy sent to 2 different labs came back as 2 different things an neither one was PLEVA. 1st result clled it LichenSimplex Chronicus 2. result/2nd lab called it Angiitis. Initially I was given a high dose antibiotic treatment (Zithromycin) and betamethasone ointment to use believing it to be PLEVA howevere when the biopsy came back completely different, antibiotic was stopped and was suggested to see allergist for allergy testing. Have also been told maybe an allergy to wheat/gluten as I also tend to deal with stomach issues. Frankly, I am at the endof my ropes with this because nobody seems to have a definate answer.Any ideas? Thanks for your help
