Possible STD?

Well I was wanting to know if this sounded like any type of STD. I've only had oral sex with 2 girls before. On my Scrotum I have maybe once a month or so a red or white bump that sometimes I can squeeze (probably shouldn't be doing that) and sometimes a clear puss comes out. I dont always have these bumps. Its just every now and then. I read something about a blocked follicole or something and it sounded like that. Other than that I dont really have any side effects (no burning during urination or anything)  I was just curious to see if that would be any type of STD. I dont really have any side effects. I was just curious to see if I needed to worry about it or consult a doctor. Can someone, hopefully a doctor tell me what this is and if I should worry?

It can be due to a sebaceous cyst. A sebaceous cyst is a closed sac occurring just under the skin which contains a "pasty" or "cheesy" looking substance called keratin. They may occur anywhere on body but scalp, ears, back, face, and upper arm, are common sites for sebaceous cysts. Blocked sebaceous glands, swollen hair follicles and excessive testosterone production will cause such cysts.
