Possible Unknown Allergy?

About a year ago I developed this red rash across my cheeks and forehead.
I did not change my laundry detergent(free and clear, no perfumes, ect.)
I did not change my lotion (aveeno)
I did not change my diet.

My GP doesn't know what it is, but gave me Prednisone tapers 4 times this year.
My Dermatologist says it's "just Eczema" and gave me Cloderm to use on my face for "as long as it takes to clear up"(I've been using it for 3 months now and it has gotten better, but when I stop using it it flares again)
My allergist says I'm severly allergic to Nickel, but doesn't think I'm severe enough for a Nickel free diet.

I use Cera Ve cream on my face and Aveeno Eczema Care.
I was just on a month long course of Antibiotics for a Staph infection.
I just started taking Probiotics capsules, taking a Vitamin B Complex 3 times a day, and 50mg of Zinc. But have seen no improvement as of yet.
I have no known food allergies (do they show up after 21 years?)
And since this facial rash has started I now turn bright red in the Eczema patches on my face when I even have ONE sip of alcohol. (Ive never had this problem before)

I don't know what it is. No one knows what it is. I'm desperate and very depressed.
I would gladly take any advice. Thank you!

Current medications: Advair 500(I've been on the 500 for 1 month now, but 250 for the past 6 years), Singulair(I've been on it for the past 8 years), Albuterol.

My facial rash on a good day:
