Possible Yeast infection?

Alright a little background first, I usually get very small ringworms every year at different places in my body during winter, I don't mind them much, just let them stay and they go away on their own by the time its Summer.

Now... a couple of weeks ago I had to travel with my parents, while on the trip, I got cold and cough, and also didn't change undergarments for a few days.

Due to this, I got a Jock itch and some big ringworms. Everything was under control till now.

Now, after a day or so, I got small itchy sores on the very end of my foreskin (I'm uncircumcised), I didn't think much about them and kept applying clotrimazole and miconazole creams and itch relieving powders on my lesions.

Then my ringworms grew outta control so I went to a doctor to get checked out. The doctor prescribed me antibiotics, an anti bacterial cream and sedatives to help me sleep. I started taking everything except the sedative.

Now on the very day I had started taking the antibiotics, at night my scrotum FLARED up like anything, and began producing a pus-ish liquid, I couldn't sleep....

In the morning I saw that there was a lot of dead skin on the scrotum and it was flaky so I scratched it all off, beneath lied a red scrotum with a lot of cracks and it was perspiring like crazy, throughout the day today it was perspired heavily. The sores on the tip of my foreskin have expanded too, and have formed small cracks up there. Even on the lower foreskin there are a few sores now, and they perspire heavily from time to time as well.

What could this be? and how do I get rid of it?

Btw I'm 18, and a virgin, so no sexual activity has taken place.

Thanks

Well, I've had this problem for around two weeks plus now and since the beginning, here's what has worked and what hasn't.

Not worked:
- Itch Guard (Clotrimazole, Zinc) [Provides temporary relief though]
- Ring Guard (Miconazole)
- Lamisil (Terbinafine) [May have worked a little bit I don't know for sure)
- Anti biotics (Augmentin) [Made the problem worse, WAY worse causing sores on the penis foreskin and a very sweaty, RED, RAW perspirating scrotum with just five pills over two days]
- Nycil Anti itch powder (All it did was made the problem worse, this thing had Zinc in it too)
- Standard Talcum Powder (Did nothing, spread the problem)
- Bleach (Seemed to work for the first time, but actually didn't, just burned the skin, didn't make it worse, didn't make it better, although I suspect that when my penis foreskin was full of sores due to the spread of tinea, bleach caused irritation to the tip of my foreskin causing swelling)
- Dettol Soap (I seriously think this was an irritant and caused the problem to spread)
- Itching (Never itch. It doesn't have any good effects, I'd rather be awake than itch)

What has worked:
- Cleanliness (Changing my underwear and clothes once every 24 hours, bathing once, keeping the area dried out)
- Fluconazole 150mg tablet (I took it once and it made my perspirating scrotum normal, it also helped with the sores on my penis and dried them out, also restored the tip of my foreskin that had ballooned up presumably due to the effect of bleach on the cracked skin to normal condition, Fluconazole also dried out my Tinea sores and they don't perspirate in normal course now, not unless they're scratched/rubbed/applied something on)
- Fusidic Acid Cream (Helped with drying things out, killing bacteria of course on the skin, and with my impetigo sores it seems to be working, although it makes the areas sweat and perspire like crazy for a brief while)

What I have:
- Tinea Corporis and Tinea Cruris (I have this, all the symptoms match, although my Tinea Corporis are severe, and don't have a clean spot in between albeit a rather dark smooth one that seems like the center of all activity)
- Impetigo (I have some small impetigo sores on me, not a huge concern though, I just apply fusidic acid cream on them thrice a day)

What I thought I had:
- Psoriasis (I thought I had Psoriasis, but Psoriasis sores don't perspire or sweat, whenever I'd apply fusidic acid or any other antibacterial on my sores they'd perspire, so this is not Psoriasis, and it also doesn't look like it)
- Candidiasis (Even though I might have had a little yeast outbreak, I definitely didn't have Candidiasis as with Male Candidiasis there is an oozing of a thick liquid from inside the foreskin and I only had a thin/sweaty liquid discharge from the scrotum and penis skin that was probably more bacterial)

Why I think the medications didn't work:
- For one, I have too many outbreaks, and they are big and widespread, you can control a small sore with topical creams but not huge sores everywhere.

What is my condition now:
- I have the Tinea Corporis sore on the face of my right thigh, it is dried up but not dead yet. This sore is four inches in diameter and circular in shape.
- I have another Tinea Corporis sore on the bottom of my left thigh, it is dried up and two inches across.
- One Tinea Corporis sore on the back of my right forearm, two inches in diameter, dried up again.
- One Tinea Corporis sore on my right tricep, four inches across. Dried. The color of all these sores is dark red/gray.
- Tinea Cruris on my left inner thigh and right inner thigh (upper part). These are dried as well and aren't crusty like the Tinea Corporis)
- Small dots on the back of my hands which can itch.
- Small impetigo sores on both my deltoids (three on each)

What am I doing now:
- Eating good quantities of curd, salad
- Debating between taking Fluconazole 150 MG once a week for three weeks or Lamisil 250 MG everyday for one week to cure current infections.
- Wearing full sleeve sweatshirt so as to not spread infection.

I'll start on the Fluconazole/Lamisil medication today, I might go with Fluconazole as it has worked for me and will be cheaper than Lamisil, and is about as effective but takes a little longer.

Please let me know what you think of this.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms it sounds like intertrigo. An intertrigo is an inflammation (rash) of the body folds. It most commonly occurs due to bacterial, viral or fungal infection. An intertrigo usually appears red and raw-looking, and may also itch, ooze, and be sore.

Please keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical zinc oxide cream like Sudocrem, Desitin are very helpful(apply with a paper towel and not directly with hands).Application of mild steroid cream like dermacort also helps. For the itching please take some over the counter antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin. In case the symptoms persist then antifungals may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
