Possible bug bite?

Hey all, on friday night I was hanging out with my friend on his porch after we walked around for about half an hour, just enjoying the night weather, when I noticed on the top of my right foot there was a small bump and it was really itchy. I was wearing flats so the tops of my feet were exposed, and I did walk through some wet grass a few times. Also, the neighbor's cat that's always outside came over and we pet her for awhile, but I noticed she had a spot near her back where the hair was missing and she kept licking at it. I'm a little worried that perhaps she developed mange, and I was wondering if just petting her would somehow transfer it to me, and if I would get scabies then from a cat? The spot on my foot turned to all these weird brownish pink spots the next day and got scaly, but now it mostly just hurts to touch instead of itching. No more bumps. My anxiety kind of makes me a bit of a hypochondriac these days and I'm also extremely phobic of parasites, so the thought of getting scabies is horrifying to me. I live with my parents and I also have four cats, so it really worries me :(

I don't actually know how any of that works... could it just have been some strange bug bite? Please, if anyone can somehow give me any insight I would appreciate it. I've attached a photo and sorry if it's bad, but it's all I could take with my phone.

Also it's looked like this the entire three days, hasn't gotten worse or better.
