Possible fungus on my skin?

Ok, im not sure what this is, but it seems to only appear when its really dry during winter here..these irregular shape patches are not visible during humid times...but when its dry you can distinguish them from the skin, they are like darkish brown (my normal skin color is brown btw), and when i rub or scratch them, parts of the rash come off i used to have one on my chest but i scrubbed it and used some herbal stuff on it so its gone now...but i dont have any cream or anything for my other spots so im not sure what to do..ps: ive had this for few years now

here are some pics

and a darker one so u can see the spots

also, the lines idk what they are ither..but i had em for awhile...i think they are just stretch marks?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Unfortunately the pictures could not be opened, but from the symptoms, they sound like tinea versicolor or pityraisis rosea. Tinea versicolor is caused by a fungus that lives in the skin of almost all adults. Factors that can cause the fungus to become more visible include high humidity and immune or hormone abnormalities. Treatment involves topical and oral antifungal medicines. Most cases of fungal infections respond to over-the-counter products, which contain any of several basic ingredients: miconazole, tolnaftate, terbinafine, ketaconazole and clotrimazole. You can consult a pharmacist and get any cream or lotion containing these ingredients. Some of them are Lamisil, Monistat derm, Mycelex, and Nizoral.
If the symptoms persist then please consult a dermatologist.

I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted in case you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.
