Possible molluscum?

Hi, about 2 months into my current monogamous relationship of 9 months I got three of what I now believe to be molluscum bumps in my upper pubic region. They looked like small hard pimples, not painful but I had a hard time popping them and when I finally popped the first one I removed what looked like a white core, I was eventually able to pick the other ones off and they went away. During that time I shaved the area to get a better look. When the hair started growing back, I had two hard bumps left, one ended up bursting and bleeding, it was not painful. I eventually shaved the area one more time and now I have what looks like maybe 5-8 very tiny pimples or bumps located around the bikini line that do not go away for a long time and that I cannot really pop but sometimes pick off, I have decided to stop shaving the area.. Most of them are not on hair follicules but sometimes a  I have been checked for all STDs and I am clean, and after 6 months into the relationship I took the type sensitive blood test for HSV2 and it came back negative. Do these symptoms sound typical of molluscum, or could it be folliculitis, or is it probable that it is HSV even though the test was negative?

These bumps can be due to molluscum contagiosum or genital warts. In adults, molluscum infections are often sexually transmitted and can transmit from one site to other skin sites by autoinoculation. You should get a biopsy skin done from a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis.
