Possible spider bite

Hello, thank you for the opportunity to ask my question.
I believe I MAY have a spider bite on my right outside mid arm, between wrist and elbow..    It has come up like a boil, and has reddness around the area with a "head" like a boil in the center.   I have been given an antibiotic (Clindamycin 300mgs. 3 x daily)   by a doctor, have been taking this for six days now.  Clean the area twice a day with Hydrogen Peroxide and have been using a cream to get it to come to a "head" and dissapate.     Now the area has relieved itself of some of the infection, but not all.   Really do NOT want to go to have it lanced, please!!   Any recommenations you can give me other then the lancing, last alternative, please, will be gratfully appreciated.     Have a tube of Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream available, of any use?   Thanking you again.   Sincerely, Ruth Demar

The infection will settle with the antibiotic,the creme is best kept unused.
