Possiblity of Herpes????

In mid October I had oral sex performed on me.Everything was fine up until New Years.I had noticed a couple of small red bumps on my penis,underneath the head and two on the head,however one looked like a smear.Well before this time I was masturbating heavily(over 3 tmes a day with no lube).Well during these 3 or 4 days I haven't showered either.The first thing I thought was I have herpes.The bumps were painless and about the size of a medium point ink pen presses firmly on a piece of paper.I even pressed them and nothing happened,no pain,no itching,or any secretions.However I immediately paniced.I started looking up info on the web which only confused me more.One thing that convinced me that I had the virus was back pains,even though I had back pains before I had the oral sex done.Well I decided to do a little experiment on myself.I kept cleaner and I did not masturbate for a few days and the bumps started to go away,but I was still fearful.I put Aveeno on the area and it seemed to help(it just had that slight soreness from masturbating too much).Well the other day I thought I wuld make sure that it was what I hoped it to be,just irritation from to much pleasure and poor hygeine.I decided to masturbate again to see what would happen.Well they came back again.I know out of all of the stuff that I have read about I haven't heard of the Herpes "lesions" coming back that fast,espeacially from that method.I left my penis alone again and it cleared up quickly.However the same day I did that I was sitting around checkig myself out and I started to sweat.Well this time I had a burning feeling around my crotch area,inner thigh,and in the anal region.I took a shower and it went away,but it came back a little while later.I do sweat alot,especially down there.I was thinking and hoping that it might be jock itch.I inspected the area and found no redness,or a rash of any kind.I don't know if I created these symptoms through worrying and being stressed out over this whole thing for so long.Anyway I bought some jock itch spray and Gold Bond powder.I've used it for two days now and I have some relief,but I'm still fearful.Now the burning comes every so often and it happens in sections(like my leg,then buttock)I read in several places that this is a symptom of a type of herpes.I also felt light burning in my urethra,but I started drinking cranberry juice and more water so it has disappeared almost.It really was only irritated before or after urination,not during.I know I needt get a test done to see if I have an STD or not,but I just wanted to hear another "professioal" opinion.Im hoping it's not herpes,and me just scaring myself half to death.One last thing I would like to know is what is the average time to get back test results?I really need to put my mind at ease because it is really affecting me badly.Any information and insight in my dilemna would be so greatly appreciated

Herpes consists of a cluster of blisters.  These dry up into scabs and go away in 7-10 days.  They may return, but it takes a month (or several) for them to do so.

You description most certainly does not sound like herpes.  The tingling sensations you are feeling lately are almost certain to be from, as you aptly put it, "driving myself crazy."

Here's my suggestion: lay off unlubricated masturbation, go to an STD clinic for testing and examination, just to confirm the diagnosis, and then get on with your life.
