Post-Accutane

I recently ended a successful 6 month course of Accutane about 2 weeks ago. The other day I noticed a painful lump about the size of a dime in my neck below my ear/next to my jaw. I believe that it is a sebaceous cyst but haven't had a chance to see a doctor about it. Is there a correlation between Accutane withdrawal and the development of cysts?
