Post Scabies Skin Problem

I had scabies almost a year ago and was prescribed Permethrin to get rid of it. I used it twice in one month as prescribed but after it didn't work used it a couple more times in a short span of time (a week). Since I haven't had any of the black bumps or trails like scabies, but I've been getting these elevated bumps on my skin that start out normal skin colored then turn reddish...first one started on the back of my leg and then one on my buttcheek. Now I have a bunch on my elbows. They itch like crazy but are nothing like scabies...did I mess up my skin from using too much Permethrin? If so, is there a product to help me with this? I want to see a doctor but I just dont have the money!

Since these itchy bumps are on the back of leg, buttcheeks and elbows, so it is important to rule out scabies and fungal infections. Diagnosis of scabies is made by scraping the skin and viewing the material under a microscope to see the characteristic mite or eggs. I think that you should get it evaluated from a dermatologist as treatment modalities for both are different.
