Since these itchy bumps are on the back of leg, buttcheeks and elbows, so it is important to rule out scabies and fungal infections. Diagnosis of scabies is made by scraping the skin and viewing the material under a microscope to see the characteristic mite or eggs. I think that you should get it evaluated from a dermatologist as treatment modalities for both are different.
