Psoriasis and sclerotherapy

I'm about to have sclerotherapy (spider vein treatment) on my legs. But I have psoriasis, and I know that sclerotherapy can irritate the skin. Is it safe to have sclerotherapy when you suffer from psoriasis?

It is true that triggers like sclerotherapy can trigger psoriasis. But you can talk to your dermatologist and get the treatment of psoriasis. There are many treatment options for psoriasis, chief ones being cognitive behavior therapy, creams containing coal tar, dithranol (anthralin), corticosteroids like desoximetasone, fluocinonide, vitamin D3 analogues and retinoids and phototherapy and photochemotherapy.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
