Pulsed dye laser induced atrpphy

About 2 years ago I had C02 under my eyes and was left with a thin raised scar underneath my entire left eye.  At 6 months the doctor performed pulsed dye laser to reduce the scar and eliminate the redness.  Unfortunately, the pulsed dye laser was too aggressive and caused additional scarring and significant atrophy.  She then performed 5 fraxel repairs with minor improvement and one Fraxel Re:pair.  Now the skin texture is that of an oragne peel and the atrpophy is unchange.  Question: will this reverse on it's own, it's been 3 months since the re:pair and use of retin a?  It look terrible, what recommendations would you have to improve it?
