Purple mark in uretha

Lately i have been to a urologist for the burning in my uretha. 2 of the doctors say that they do not know what the purple mark in my uretha is, all of my lab result came back neg. The docs did provide medicine but it did not work now they are telling me they can't give me medicine cause they don't know what they are treating. The purple mark is inside the uretha is thats were the burning is and no it does not burn when I pee. Can anyone help?
