Puzzled

I have long scratches on my back frequently and don't know where they came from? I don't sleepwalk nor do I scratch my back. It's weird to me. Any suggestions?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to dermatographism or scratching during sleep. Dermatographism can be caused by stress, tight or abrasive clothing, watches, glasses, energetic kissing, heat, cold, or anything that causes stress to the skin.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Might be a good idea to see a dermatologist if they persist or get worse. I can't imagine what they would be from.
