Question about warts

I'm a 30 year old male. Up until this last year, I've never had a wart. Suddenly, though, I have these brown ones on the tops of my hands. I didn't think adults typically got warts.

A little bit of background: I have a job where I frequently wash my hands and wear gloves for extended periods, and as a result my hands are usually dry and irritated. My last HIV test was negative a year out from my last exposure with the rapid oral test.

I guess my question is this: should I be worried by the appearance of these brown spots at my age?
