Question on Penis

Hello Doctor,
    I've posted a few questions in the past here and you've given me very good insight on my questions. Last week I was diagnosed with penile papules as I have one dot right by my frenulum that my dermatologist observed. My question is that on my penis head on my left hand side of the penis literllay right on the edge of the head I have a slight bulge that's different from the rest of the edge of my penis head. It does not look like a papule but it doesn't hurt or burn I just want to know if that's normal or if it could be a papule with no white looking head? It's small and it's almost a dark color (almost purple) spot but it is really small but I've noticed it for awhile but forgot to show it to my doctor. Does this sound like something or am I just way too worried about this? If it is papules is there anything I can do to remove papules? Should i take some action or worry about this? I would appreciate your help.

Way too worried seems about right.  After all, you already saw a doctor in person and showed him your penis, and you were reassured.  That should be enough, but somehow it isn't.  So I'm going to have to advise you to consult the doctor in person again about this latest observation, because only someone who sees it can tell you for sure what it is.  But at some point you ought to be able to let this go.  or at any rate I hope so.
