Questions about genital skin marks and possible STD symptoms

It has been 2 months since I have had sex. I have a few growths that I have just noticed on my genital area that I would like to ask about.

First, this is a cyst-type bump that popped up over the last few days. I am not sure exactly when it popped up because I have very bushy pubic hair (till i shaved it to take pics and get a better look). I just noticed it about an hour ago and I had to ask.
Here are 2 pictures of it. 1. http://img75.imageshack.us/my.php?image=cyst10vo.jpg

what does this look like to you? I only have one, and it doesn't really hurt. It is slightly tender and kinda hard to the touch. It is about an inch above the base of my penis.

Second, these are some whitish marks on the skin of my penis. They are very small and barely noticable, also painless. If I stretch the skin I can feel them, but still barely. 1. http://img95.imageshack.us/my.php?image=penis15dg.jpg

is this fordyce's condition? I have similiar marks on my lips but those ones are completely smooth..

Third, this is a red mark on my scrotum. It is hardly noticable and could have been there for a long time now, I'm just trying to be thorough. It is also painless and smooth. 1. http://img75.imageshack.us/my.php?image=balls12rf.jpg

What do you think doctor? I don't have swollen lymphnodes, I don't think anyway, but I really don't know how or where to check..please let me know. No soreness in my body at all, nor do I exhibit any other symptoms of herpes..I pretty much feel great.

I have had something similiar to that cyst in the past on my groin area, I asked my brother about it and he said it was an ingrown hair so I popped it and it went away. This looks exactly like that one did, except there is no hair coming out of it. It feels like I could pop it if I wanted to (and I do, but I won't).

My hygiene over the last week has been pretty poor because I have been living at my girlfriend's sisters place and hardly coming home to shower or change clothes. I am abstaining from anything but kissing with my girlfriend until I get completely tested and know for sure.

Is it possible this could be herpes or some other STI like syphillis or something? I plan on going to my local plannedparenthood clinic after I get an appointment, but I'm not sure I can afford such testing or the meds required to help reduce or cure.

What do you think?

Your photos are not clear enough for me to tell, although the first one does look like a cyst.  Noe of the spots you describe sound like an STD.  The best way to find out what spots are is to have a person look at them.  I don;t think you will need to pend money on a cure, because I doubt that you have any disease that needs to be cured.  Still, there's only one way to find out.

Best.

the campus doctor said i did not have herpes, and i went ahead and got a full panel STD test covering everything except herpes, but he told me not to worry about that as nothing I had was a sign and he told me exactly what to look for. I still await your reply though. My test results she be in within 2 days. I had unprotected sex once for about 4 minutes.. should I be worried about the HIV or HEP-C results?
