RASH THAT DOESNT GO AWAY

4805304?1251233641
IVE HAD THIS rash for about 2 months now, it almost goes away, then it returns, it itches at times but not always, another thing is my skin has became very sensitive while this rash has been here, a simple semi strong contact with my skin causes my skin to look like it lightly bleed under. it looks very similar to pityriasis rosea, tinea but im not sure if it is that. my skin overheats easily as well now.. and condition worsens with sweat and or excessive physical force i do, such as : lifting, running, etc.

can anyone please tell me what this is? thanks!

Hello,
I cannot confirm without examination but it can be contact dermatitis, sweat dermatitis or hives. Take some oral antihistaminics like Benadryl or Claritin and apply some calamine lotion on the rash.Application of mild steroid cream is also useful. But fi the symptoms persist then please consult a dermatologist.
I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.

Hello,
Anemia and deficiency of vitamins C, K, B12, or folic acid are the common causes of easy bruisability.Try taking iron tablets and multivitamins for some days and see if the symptoms improve. The headaches seem to be tension headaches and are related to stress.
If the symptoms do not improve, get yourself evaluated by a physician and look out for SLE, bone marrow disorders, liver diseases or leukemias Anti-clotting (anti-coagulants) medication also can cause increased bruising.
I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted in case you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.
