HEY ME AND MY GIRL HAVE UNPROTECTED SEX ALL THE TIME BUT I NEVER USE PROTECTION AND ONE TIME BEFORE SHE HAD A YEAST INFECTION BUT WE CONTINUED TO HAVE SEX SO THE OTHER DAY WHEN WE WAS DONE THE NEXT DAY I HAD A RASH AND RED SMALL PIMPLES BUT I BEEN CHECKED ONCE BEFORE FOR THE SAME THING AND THEY JUST GAVE ME SOME CREAM AND IT WENT AWAY SO WHAT COULD THIS BE THIS TIME ANY SUGGESTIONS

It looks like irritated hair follicles due to folliculitis skin. Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lump persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
