RED NOSE ALL THE TIME

Hi

i've had a bright red nose now for about 2 years or so, my doctor puts it down to acne as i get a big spot on my nose alot of the time, but even when there is no spot my nose is bright red and it is quite embarassing as it is very noticeable, ive been on many different tablets from the doctor for acne treatment none of them seem to take the redness out of my nose. when i do get a spot on my nose it is very big and sore and also can bleed if it pops, ive told my doctor this he still insists its acne and too just continue with medication, but the problem is it is effecting me in other ways as i dont want to go out when i have this big red nose as it is the first thing anyone will notice, just wondering if i could get some advice  ,  Thanks

Do you have any nasal symptoms like sneezing, nasal discharge, rhinitis, etc?

This could be a skin disorder or secondary to allergic rhinitis or sinusistis.

No i have none of the symptoms you listed
