REDNESS OF face CHEEKS AND PSORIASIS ON JOINTS

REDNESS OF face CHEEKS AND PSORIASIS ON JOINTS

As a background I suffer from stress at regularly.
First issue --- psoriasis on my elboes and knees. not too bad About an inch square on one elbow and half that size on the other, two little patches on my knees and a few "spots" on my trunk. I can contain my trunk knees left knee and elbow with moisturizer and some sunshine, maybe some dovonex cream.
My right elbow and kee are very stubborn. I used a steroid cream to clear it up but overused it and it returned. My doctor was not impressed with over use of a steroid cream.
So my question is would lazer treatment work or help me and will it return after.

Other problem is a redness of my face cheeks and not related to the psoriasis im pretty sure. No falking or pimples or any form of infection. Its just a high colour which gets a little redder on my cheek bones if im stressed. If i look closely it looks like blood vessles close to the surface of the skin. I also flush easily. Have a redish complection on my face since is was young.
I saw a treatment for this using topical vitamin C or am i totally incorrect. Its more a conscious thing than a medical condition. You would often see the same condition in a mans face who drinks too much spirits.
Any help greatly appreciated...

Laser treatment can be effective against psoriasis, although there are a lot of other, simpler methods that might work.  Your dermatologist can help you sort them out.

As far as the redness on the face, that could very well just be your normal coloring.  If so, laser treatment might be the best for that.

Take care.
