REQUEST FOR REMEDIAL AGAINST HYPER PIGMENTATION

I am Indian and I am now 42 years.I met with an acident by electric flash over on 12.03.1994. The superficial burns on my face resulting over blackned due pigmentation. If i go outside and return to home, my face will become more more black than my naturality.  This cause lot of inferiority complex to me.

I used Mellalite cream but not that much result. Then I used avalon whitening Cream. But usage of both the cream gives expected results to some extent. If stop usage of this cream, i become more more black than the previous one.

Any Dermatlogist can give/suggest good cream ( Medicine ) for my above problem. I will be more thankful and greatful to them
