I am 23 years old, I have never had any sort of skin problems before. I originally am from Ohio, but I moved down to Florida a year ago. I was very taken back by how hot it was down here, and after a few weeks, I noticed I had these flesh colored bumps all over my cheeks and forhead. My friend asked me if I had sun poisoning, I told him no my face just gets like this when I'm hot, which is basically 24/7 down here because I'm not used to it. If I am indoors in AC and not very active for a day or two, my face goes back to somewhat normal, but it honestly feels like when I'm in the heat or I'm active at all my pores swell up and it hurts a little too.
I went to a dermatologist and they told me it is just clogged pores and to go get a facial with extractions and than start a good skin care plan with some good exfoliating products.
I've been to the medical spa 3 times, gotten three facial extractions and a couple different peels to try and open my pores so they don't look so clogged (raised). Unfortunately the derm/esthetician said she had never seen anything like it in her 15 years, and that literally when she extracts the bumps, sweat comes out, and then in most cases blood.
I am going to go to a general physician soon but I was just curious if anyone has heard of a condition that would match my symptoms, I am getting so self conscious about my face, and so many people ask me about it.
I'm adding some photos, as you can see on my forhead it almost looks like blackheads, but its not dirt in the poor its blood from the extractions, and theres no way to squeeze any of these bumps.
