Raised bump on penis

I recently got a raised and painful bump on the shaft of my penis. It's roughly the diameter of a pencil eraser. I have never been sexually active, so it couldn't be STDs (I presume...). However, at the same time, many itching hives broke out over my body, it's actually not uncommon for me, but this one is more painful, larger, and looks completely different. Should I be worried about this? Is there anything that can be done?

This could be due to acne/pimples/ or infection of the hair follicles called folliculitis or some bacterial infection/ fungal infection or some skin nodules etc.
Are you allergic to any specific substances?
Nothing can be said with surety without having a look at the lesions.
It would be best to reconsult your doctor about your symptoms if they do not resolve and get a proper clinical examination.
Keep the area clean and wear clothes washed in a few drops of chlorhexidine preferably and dried in the sun.
You could take oral antihistamine or antiallergic medications for the itching.
