Random Itchy dry paches that scab over..

I am a 26 year old male healthy get a physical for work anuly I work for and environmental engineering company. I work outside in extreme heat and cold  and which it occurs the most  So I get spots on skin (usually upper thighs) but I get them pretty much all over. They start out just looking like dry skin patch then it's apears to Scab  over. I thought maybe ringworm because I wrestles and I know that never leaves your body. I've been to my doc. Numerous times. I have went to a specialist and they took a sample an the answer wasn't definitive  but they "thought" scabies and gave me some lotion and a steroid. Which didn't help. They actually kind of went away on their own. But they seem to spread an I have noticed them now on my testicles an one on the shaft of my penis an now Im worrying much more. And a bumpy rash on my inner thigh that itches  also. Never really on my abdomen more in my extremities. This last time I went to the doc they said poison ivy. But the treatment hasn't worked I get  some on my cheeks on my face down to my ankles randomly but typically where there is one there's a few close by. Please help me it's driving me crazy!!!

This maybe late, but whats with the random diagnosis, from your doctor. i still think its allergy, probably to the heat, or cold. you can get rashes according to those, or you are exposed to some kind allergen tests, cant see.
