Random sore? Help!

This 'thing' popped up yesterday and I thought nothing of it and today its gotten worse. Its near the vaginal area and its a red sore I guess. It only hurts when you toych it and theres only one. Im not sure what it is and im freakung out cause idk if its an STD or not. Help?

Chances are there that it is a boil. Cleaning with some anti-septic solution and anti-biotic course under general physician’s guidance will lessen the symptoms. Till then, topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful.

If the symptoms persist then you may need incision and drainage and get STD’s like herpes ruled out.
