Rash? Ativan withdrawl?

I have always been severely allergic to the sun. It has gotten a lot better that I only get a little bumpy rash on my arms twice a year. Lately I have been off my Ativan for three months. I take 2mg of Valium a day for sezuires. Every time I go outside I get a terrible rash all over my face. I wear UVA/UVB sunscreen but that does not seem to help. I live in Florida so avoiding the sun is practically impossible. I am wondering if Valuim can cause sun sensitivity or withdrawing off of Ativan. Would appreciate any advice!
