Rash/Fungus?? HELP

Please someone help.  I work 9hours a day 6days a week and I have great health insurance... just NO TIME to actually get to the doctor.. I'm at work right now. ... I'm a redhead with very sensative skin.  I got a rash under both my underarms about a month ago first it was itchen then red then it hurt its scaley looking.  I thought it was just dry skin and ignored it.   Its a month later and I want to cry.  For the first week i thought maybe it was an allergic reaction because I'm allergic to most metals.. so i bought a non-aluminum deoderant and used benadryl cream... that made it worse... i stopped deoderant all together the next week and the cream still made it yet worse... i tried basitration ointment and worse still.... then I got goldbond extra strength powder and it stated to work... burned like hell at first but the redness and stuff started to go away ... and the pain and itches did too.  Now today I woke up thinking it was basically almost gone put deoderant on today (a different new deoderant) and imediatly the rash was itchign and burning and i scratched it cause it itched so bad i thougth i would die and then it burned now it hurts so bad everytime i move my arms it feels like my skin is tearing apart.  I went into the bathroom and washed my underarms and put the powder on but its not helping now..... it still hurts and I just want to cry.... I'm starting to think maybe its a fungus?? I dont know what to do or waht it could be.  Please someone help me.

Thanks,

Yea the new deodorant i bought was metal free... I ended up going to the hospital last night cause i couldtn take it anymore.. I figured my copay for the hopsital is 50dollars and i could get treated right away, but it would cost me 150dollars to take day off of work and go to the regular doctor and I would have to wait to make an appointment.  They said it was actually a yeast infection under my arms... They checked my sugar and said my sugar was really low like 65, which i knew cause i have hypoglycemia... I had just eaten an hour prior too, its just always low.  He said sometimes sugar disturbances can cause that.  He gave me a prescription for a anti-fungal cream and it feels better already! doesnt hurt anymore... felt like someone took a cheese grater to my underarms before.    THANKS for your input...

Most deodorants have metal in them.
I couldn't use any for a couple years. Go to a health food store and find one that is all natural. They don't work as well but they are better then nothing.
You have sensitive skin so throw all your current deodorants away. You also should switch to sensitive soap and laundry detergent.
My wife used fabric softener once before she knew I was allergic and I almost had to go to the hospital. I looked like I sat on the beach for ten hours.
