Rash Help!

I'm not sure what to call this rash. My husband is a framer and works with pine wood. I don't know if that is any signifiance or not. But earlier this week he complained his neck was really itchy uncontrollable. Then yesterday it was his stomach. His neck and stomach have little red dots not really dotty looking but dotty you know their there. I don't konw what to do. It really bothers him. I tried Chamomile lotion but I put that on him tonight and he said it felt like it was burning him.

Please help.
