Rash all over my body

Dear Doctor,
     Approximately 8 years ago I noticed a small ring of bumps  ( like goose-bumps) on my upper right thigh.  The ring was approximately 3/4 inch in diameter  It remained dormant for  3-4 years, then one day I noticed I had quite a few rings on my  right thigh. A year  later it had spread over both my thighs and eventually onto my stomach. I now had many rings of bumps from 3/4 inch to 1

You need to see a skin doctor.  The skin doctor may be able to tell by looking, or may need to perform a test such as a skin biopsy.  Many skin rashes that aren't fungal ("ringworm") can look round.  Once the doctor finds out what it is, proper treatment can be recommended.
