Rash and Warts?

Rash and Warts?

End of October 2004, I had an encounter with a pro in Vegas of all places. I received unprotected oral but protected vagina and anal sex.

Rash

Early November, about 2 weeks later, I started playing soccer again wearing compression shorts. Shortly after I started experiencing itchiness in the inner thigh and my scrotum was irritated with redness. This went on for over 4 weeks then I saw a doctor who diagnosed it as jock itch. I used OTC jock itch lotion for 2 weeks and then revisited the doctor as it did not improve. He again noticed a slight discoloration of a darkish red on both inner thighs.  He then prescribed a stronger lotion for anti-fungal cream Clotrimazone.  I used it for another 4 weeks with some improvement but very little.  I still have a reddish and irritated scrotum.  The discoloration is still their as well as the discomfort. When reading about the side effects of the prescribed lotion it actually causes the symptoms of blocked hair follicles and irritated skin. This has been going on for almost 8 weeks.  Could this be a bacterial/yeast infection?

Bumps?

About 4-5 weeks ago I noticed 3 small skin colored bumps. They are right by the Frenular delta/vein at the top front where the shaft meets the head of the penis.I am circumcised. The bumps have since then spread to the other side about 3 weeks after the inital ones were seen. The 2 new ones are almost in the same spot on the other side of the vein.  They are not liquid filled nor Cauliflower looking. When you spread exaiming trying to check them the bump flattens to expose a little white point which is less than 1mm very small very hard to see. The white pin is hard to the touch. When touching that pin point it is sensitive. They have not changed in appearance other than the fleshy part gets irritated by my constant examination.  Could this be warts or a reaction to the medication or bacterial infection?

Sorry for the long post.  Thank you for your help.

I think the rash represents chafing and perhaps eczema with resulting discoloration.  A fungus would have gone away with the creams you used.  Try over-the-counter (in the US) 1% hydrocortisone twice daily while awaiting a dermatological consultation...

...which will also be helpful to tell you what the bums are--probably just the kind of small cysts which are common on the penis.  They are normal anatomical variants and do not need treatment.

Best.

I get a rash all over my body on top of that i get many of these small cysts on my inner thighs. I work 9 to 12 hours a day where I sweat constantly and my inner thighs are always chaffed. Is that why I get these cysts?

Sometime last year my boyfriend felt a bump around his anus.  He asked me to look at it, and I saw a small cauliflower-like growth.  He said it was not painful nor was it itching.  We decided to monitor it, but I got bogged down with work and I forgot about it, and he didn't bring it up again until last Saturday when he said it felt weird.

I looked at it and saw that it was a bit bigger than the last time I saw it, but what shocked me was that there were now approximately 10 more visible ones (most of them cauliflower-shaped), and when I asked him to relax his anal sphincter and I pulled it apart a bit, I noticed some tiny bumps (not sure if they were cauliflower-like because they were so small) going into the rectum lining as far as I can see.  I don't know if these can be skin tags, or genital warts.  What do you think?

Also after he had his stool, he noticed some blood on the toilet paper. (Two years ago, he had swallowed a small piece of lamb bone, after which he complained about anal pain for a few days. Then one day while he was taking a shower, as he was soaping his anal region, he felt something scrape his hand.  He eventually pulled it out and found it was the lamb bone that he had swallowed some days before.)  It was this apperture created by the lamb bone that he claims was bleeding.  What can be done about this?

I'm trying to get him to go to a doctor, but he has this male macho thing about letting "any doctor 'interfere' with his anus". Can you please offer some advice and your opinion in the mean time?
