Rash on 2 year old's face

My 2 year old daughter got into a bottle of Spray N Wash. As far as I know she had it in her mouth and now she's got some kind of rash just around the corners of her mouth and going down towards her chin. But now she is getting the same type of rash just underneath one of the corners of her nose, and has a little spot on her cheek. Is there something that I can put on her face to make it heal? I don't know if this was from the Spray n Wash or some other type of rash. It's not itchy and most of the time it doesn't bother her. I dont' know if I should keep it moist or just let it dry out. Nothing seems to work!
