This happened to me too.  It started with a broken airconditioner and then some uneeded antibiotics by an ER doctor. It sounds like you have a fungal infection.  Mine stayed on my scrotom and I am in the midst of trying to kill it off.

I have no clue what to do. I've tried Jock Itch cream, and a whole tube of it didnt do anything. Also the skin that's infected tears extremely easily. I've though of using a very diluted solution of bleach to kill off the area and keep it dry. But i have no clue what to do. What are you using to kill it off, and is it working? I can't get anything from the store, a household cure/remedy would be the best for me.

I would suggest going to talk to your doctor.  I wouldn't want to put bleach anything on that area, that would seem to make it painful and worse, IMHO.  I am currently taking Econazole Nitrate Cream 1 percent and applying it twice a day.  I was also given 200mg of flucazole a day for 15 days to try to clear up candida (more than likely caused by a lot of high dose and unecessary antibiotics.  Unless you have an STD, I would strongly adivse you to ask your doctor about a yeat infection.  I found out the hard way, guys can get it too.

Hello,
From the symptoms it sounds like intertrigo. Keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical zinc oxide cream like Sudocrem, Desitin are very helpful(apply with a paper towel and not directly with hands).Application of mild steroid cream like dermacort also helps. For the itching please take some over the counter antihistaminic like benadryl or Claritin. In case the symptoms persist then antifungals may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Update: It kinda looks like Psoriasis because it is on my shaft and the head of my penis, but I don't think it is because i dont have Psoriasis anywhere else on my body. Any other ideas what it could be? I really need some help. I thought it was a MALE YEAST INFECTION, but I'm not sure. I saw pictures and nothing looks exactly like what I have, just similar.

Please help :(
