Rash on Elbows

This morning I woke up with a rashly pimple like marks on both elbows. It’s a bit blotchy and itches. Some of the pimple looks like welts. On the right elbow it appears on the bone of the elbows (center). The left elbow it appears more circular around the elbow.
Last week I was bitten my mosquitoes. I recall one bite on my left elbow, not my right elbow. I put a little of LidaMantle Hc lotion on it for the itching. It did the trick!
Today I put some Ultravate on it and Sarana when it itches.
Can this be Eczema? What caused this to happen? Should I stick with the Ultravate and the Sarana ? Any suggestions on preventing reoccurrence?

Eczema looks scaly, not pimply. These could be bites, or perhaps they are part of a viral rash, in which case you might get a few similar pimples elsewhere on your body before they fade out and go away. I would suggest you leave them alone (although Sarna is fine for itch, to keep you from scratching.) If they persist, you can ask a skin doctor to take a look, perhaps the one who prescribed Ultravate.
