Rash on FOOT?

I've had a rash on my foot for the past 3 months..it seems to get better but it seems that when I say that, I jinx myself and it gets worse. Its on the top of my foot..its a lot of little bumps filled with liquid. The last time I went to the dermatologist was when they first came out, I had a lot of little bumps and a BIG one which she all popped and gave me some medication which did not work. They dont hurt, they just ITCH like crazy. I dont have any other rashes on my body just on my right foot. Ive noticed that it gets worse if my foot sweats. Ive tried researching this on my own and Ive even seen what herpes look like..which to me, looks sort of like herpes but wont herpes go away after a week or 2 and does Herpes come out in the foot? I just had a baby about 4 months ago and I got this rash about a month after my labor. I dont now what the hec this is and wanted to know what can I put on it until my dermatologist comes back from her time off.
