Rash on Legs

I've had a Rash on my legs for a few days.  At first I thought it was severe bug bites but they seemed to puss far too much to be a normal bug bite.  I haven't been outside in the woods in quite some time.  I went into a doctor and he thought it could be a severe case of Poison Oak but the constant pussing was troublesome.  He recommended Prednisone.  Insight would be helpful.

Sure looks like irritant contact dermatitis, you have been given the right medication, but then antibiotic may be needed,to speed up the recovery.
