. Lately rashes have appeared on legs, arms and back. Dermo said rashes were sebborheic kerotosis. Has anyone heard of a response from the ak causing a rash elsewhere on body? These areas are red, raised, very itchy. Treated with cortisone prescription ointment. Four months and they are still there. Could this be a type of autoimmune response to the ak?
