Rash on face

Hey doc, Two years ago i had a drunkin one night stand with this woman after a party. I didn't use a condom and it lasted for about 10 minutes. 4 days later i started to get this rash above my lip in my mustache area. It appeared red with very small raised white scaly spots; it kind of burned when i shaved my mustache area. it got its worst around day 7 and then gradually got better and disapeared by the next week. Exactly one year after the encounter the rash appeared again in my side burns and know stays in my mustache area. it is always red above my lip. i also have seborrheic dermittis that goes and comes in my scalp and mildly in the center of my chest. i had mild seborrea of the scalp before the sexual encounter but know it seems the break outs are more severe as i get older and it is now appearing on my chest when i get stressed out or drink alot of beer. Does this sound like symptoms of an HIV rash. thank for your time.

No, it sounds like seborrheic dermatitis.  You may have read that HIV patients get extensive seborrhea, but ordinary mild, seborrhea, like what you describe, is common and not associated with anything.  Check with the doctor who diagnosed it about treatment.
