Rash on hand not itchy red bumps

Hi! The past couple of days I've had this rash on my wrist/hand, they look kind of like red goosebumps that are dried. They don't itch. I took some photos that are attached but it's really difficult to get a photo that represents them properly!

Oh and there's a mole/freckle in this photo aswell, not related to the rash ha! Does anyone have any idea what this could be?
