Rash on inner thighs help

Hi i have this rash on both my inner thighs and it's really itchy.  i never had it before this is the first time and the rash feels kinda bumpy and hurts when i touch it i dunno if its because i was shaving but i wanna know what it is?

It can be due to irritated hair follicles, folliculitis, contact dermatitis, allergies or viral rash. Keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Also take oral antihistaminics like Benadryl or Claritin. If the symptoms are severe then please get an evaluation done by a dermatologist.
