Rash on my face!

I bought some new make up by Covergirl and I dont wear lots of my makeup on my face but I had a little red bump. So i decided to go and get some cover up for it, well in doing that the makeup gave me a rash not right away but the next morning I noticed it. So I didnt put the makeup on and washed my face real good. It started on the left side of my face and gradualy just spread through out my entire face its all over the place now. Its not real noticable but I can feel it and I know its there! It itches a little bit not too bad! What should I do?
