Rash on penis

Am a young man who never had live sex. There has been some whitish (white) rash growing on the head of my penis and its itchy. Its been more than a year since they grew up. How can I be helped to rid off the irritating infection.

This is a condition called balanitis.Balanitis is inflammation of the glans (glands) penis.Lack of aeration and irritation because of smegma and discharge surrounding the glans (glands) penis causes inflammation and edema.Smegma is a combination of exfoliated (shed) epithelial cells, transudated skin oils, and moisture, and can accumulate under the foreskin of males.
You need to wash the glans (glands) with a warm water and maintain good hygiene to prevent this accumulation which can cause irritation of the glans (glands).
Yeast infections of the penis is another common cause for balanitis.
Most candida infections can be treated at home with OTC or prescription medication. These include topical administration of antifungal drugs such as clotrimazole (Femizole-7, Gyne-Lotrimin), miconazole (Monistat-Derm, Monistat Vaginal).
