Hi, I am a 19 year old male. Last month I noticed that there are these tiny (~1mm) red bumps, about 2 or 3, on the skin of my arms. Since it was so small and it didn't itch, I wasn't worried by it. However, over the last two weeks, I noticed that these bumps has enlarged
and they sort of have a distinctive round shape to it, also the middle of these bumps has sort of crust covering it, kinda like the scabs that forms when a wound heals. The ones that has scabs on the red bumps doesn't itch, but the small read bumps itch and when I scratch
I did went to see a doctor about this, but she wasn't sure what it was and prescribed me an anti-fungal with a cortisone cream to put on it.
Any input on what this may be or any advice would be appreciated.
1) Does this look like a serious condition? (eg, something wrong with my immune system, or symptoms of a disease)
2) What can I do to heal it?
3) What might this be and what cause it?
4) Any complications?
free. If the symptoms persist then please get it examined from a dermatologist. Also apply topical antibiotic cream on these bumps.
