Rash on skin, don't know what it is, help!

Hi, I am a 19 year old male. Last month I noticed that there are these tiny (~1mm) red bumps, about 2 or 3, on the skin of my arms. Since it was so small and it didn't itch, I wasn't worried by it. However, over the last two weeks, I noticed that these bumps has enlarged and they sort of have a distinctive round shape to it, also the middle of these bumps has sort of crust covering it, kinda like the scabs that forms when a wound heals. The ones that has scabs on the red bumps doesn't itch, but the small read bumps itch and when I scratch it, it becomes enlarged. Now, there are these bumps all over my leg, arm, and back. I have included pictures in link of the red bumps below:

I did went to see a doctor about this, but she wasn't sure what it was and prescribed me an anti-fungal with a cortisone cream to put on it.

Any input on what this may be or any advice would be appreciated.
1) Does this look like a serious condition? (eg, something wrong with my immune system, or symptoms of a disease)
2) What can I do to heal it?
3) What might this be and what cause it?
4) Any complications?

Hello,
Unfortunately the pictures could not be opened but these small bumps can be folliculitis due to irritated hair follicles, cysts, viral rashes or molluscum lesions which present as round, multiple, flesh colored lesions with a depressed centre.

Take some antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin and apply some calamine lotion on the rash. Also wear cotton clothes and keep the skin sweat free. If the symptoms persist then please get it examined from a dermatologist. Also apply topical antibiotic cream on these bumps.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
