Rash or herpes? Someone please help.

So, someone please help me. I am terrified of the doctors.. so I'd rather see if anyone has the same problem and maybe help me out a little bit. I am sexually active and for the last month, I got these whitish/red pimple like bumps (around 4 bumps) near my vagina but like off to the side underneath my behind. I really didn't think it was nothing.. just thought it might be from sweating. Then, a couple weeks later, it seemed to move up on the outer of my vagina and I have like 4 pimples/bumps there too. Could this just be a rash or is this herpes? Anything I can use to make them go away? I've been losing sleep over this so, if anyone could help.
