Rash or something else?

Hello,
Quick question. I have a little rash (or something) on my right butt cheek. I noticed it last night and took a picture and posted it at:

I do not think it's Herpes. I took a Herpesselect Igg test for HSV 1 and 2 a few weeks agos (19.5 weeks after posible exposure) and they both came up negative ( HSV 1 = .20 and HSV 2 =.09).
I do sratch my butt cheek sometimes. What do you think this might be? An STD?

They look like scratch marks. They're too far apart to look like herpes, and besides, you've done your due diligence on herpes serology. Don't scratch, apply bacitracin, and I presume it will go away. If it lasts another week, have someone check it out.

Can somebody help me to find out about rash.
I have a rash a few days ago it is not a lot but, they are very uncomfortable. They look like a litle pimple. I went to the doctor and he told me to use Calamine Lotion also i am taken Hidroxyzine tables.
