Penis pain is based on the glans and on the inside of the foreskin. I thought it wise to start washing it with Lactacyd soap once every day, and then let it airdry (did this for almost a year) - but I've come to the conclusion that it seems to heal better if I don't. Now I wash it with water, and then apply hydrocortixon 10 mg. This seems to make it better.
My doctor has prescribed a cream with betamethason 1 mg and clioquinol 30 mg (called 'Betnovat') for my hands, and recommends hydrocortison 10 mg for my penis.
Now, my main question is this: since I've got this 'rash' most likely from that girl one year ago (noticed that she had lots of rashes on neck, and she scratched herself in sleep), and since eczemas are said to be non-contagious - what could this be? Fungus? Have tried cream for that, only made symptoms worse.
STD?
Also, and maybe most important, I've noticed that I've become somewhat impotent. I have severe difficulties to get and maintain an erection, and I suspect it has to do with the eczema.
What would you recommend?
Thanks, Jake
