Rash under penis

Yes about 8 weeks ago, I had unprotected sex with a girl & about 2 weeks ago, after sex with my girlfriend, i noticed red rash under my penis head. I have been with my girlfriend for a year and she never had sex before me. I masturbate quite a bit to, so i thought maybe it was from sex, & masturbation, & my penis not getting any rest. so couple days went by and it was healed but the skin where the rash was, was now ruff and flakey. i had sex with my girl & the rash came back and it was really red again. i dont have bumps or warts or anything. so another couple days & it went away and i masturbated and it came back again. now i havent had any activity since then. so i masturbated yesterday and its red & burns again. does this sound like a std or what?? im really scared and need some help

No it doesn't sound like an STD, but you can never be 100% sure until you've been tested. Since the flare-ups only happen after you've been exposed to heat and friction, my guess is that's simply what is irritating the sensitive area and it hasn't had a chance to fully heal yet.
Just get it over with and get tested. You'll feel so much better getting it off your mind.

It can be due to friction rub, dermatitis skin or eczema skin. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist
