I have this rash for about a month...My daughter and son both got it...My husband and other daughter did not get...Its likes itchy hives...Was on pedisone then cream been to the doctors...They say its dermatitis..I haven't changed anything in the house..Its driving me mad..The bumps will go away only to appear in different areas...Right now my son is clear...My daughter has new ones to..They said it didnt look like bites...Does anyone have any idea what it could be from...
It can be due to scabies or fungal infection. Scabies is an infestation of the skin with the Sarcoptes scabiei mite. It is characterized by intense itching, usually at night and by small insect-type bites lesions on the skin. Diagnosis of scabies is made by scraping the skin and viewing the material under a microscope to see the characteristic mite or eggs.
I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted in case you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.
No...They said it wasn't scabies...forgot to put that in..They are going away right now but I hope they dont return...Thanks..I am writing down everything I eat and use..I am so sick of itching... Will keep you posted..
