Rash

For about the past 5 YEARS now i have had a rash that involves hives and other red blotches that itch and are very irritating. Things that seem to cause this are.
-heat
-Anger
-Embarrassment
-being the center of attention (every one looking at me)

For years i have had to put up with this and i have been to at least 5 different doctors on this all giving me a medication that just dose not seem to help in any way.

ANY suggestions on what i may be able to do to either reduce this or make it maybe just go away once and for all would be very nice.

again, not all symptoms or all triggers happen with every person.

some things may or may not make it happen. that is not a firm cause it is a "what may make it happen for some people type of guide"

if you're in doubt go to a doctor. that is the only way you'll get a definative result.

well that also claims eating spicy foods can trigger it? i eat lots of spicy food and no outbreaks. Im not a frequent wine drinker but have never had a problem with wine.

it can be in areas aside from the face and acne is one of the symptoms, not the only one though. you can have a condition and not get all of the symptoms. have you been treated for that before?

well it dose not seem to give me any acne. And this appears over my entire body not just my face.

google rosacea and see if that sounds familiar.

the times your rash flares are frequent rosacea triggers along with drinking wine, eating spicy foods etc.
